Ain't Laurent Without Yves

Denim jacket c/o Junk, Asos top, Witchery jeans, Tony Bianco heels
Who can believe that I already have Law exams next week. It is incredible how quickly my University experience has already been. I still remember the days of studying for Science subjects, namely Chemistry and Biology in preparation for Year 12 exams like as though it was merely last week. It should also be noted that my diet during this period of time is immensely unhealthy and filled with guilt. A positive to this is that I will be on a month-long holiday by next Saturday. Therefore, my well-deserved break would (hopefully) be filled with enjoyable things to do and eat, as well as copious amounts of outfit photos taken, either here or on my Instagram. I honestly say that I will update more often every time that I am on break and it never happens. I somehow end up being much more busier during the holidays.
Nevertheless, I rather stop rambling on about my Uni days and mention how I love the edgy vibe that this denim jacket gives off when thrown over a pair of black jeans and top. Moreover, I thought it would be worthwhile to showcase these lovely mint heels on the blog since I rarely wear them out. I'm not going to lie though, they are not the comfiest heels out there, but its appearance is satisfying enough in my wardrobe.

Winter Days

A perk of the winter season is being able to layer, and throw on oversized coats. Without sounding absurd, I see oversized coats as blankets that are publically acceptable to wear out.
Recently, I have been on a hunt for a new pair of jeans, seeing as though the majority of my wardrobe is filled with skirts and shorts - obviously too impractical for the cold season. Unfortunately, I have ventured to numerous stores and always come out disappointed with how uncomfortable the jeans I try on are. Nevertheless, when I wore this pair of acid washed ones, they were so comfortable that I have been living in them for the past few days. Trust me, I do not lie about the comfortableness of clothes.

Blue Limecrime Lipstick

Limecrime lipstick c/o Beginning Boutique, Sportsgirl bomber, Zara top
I was way too excited when I received Limecrime's, "No She Didn't Blue" Lipstick. If you do not follow me on my other social media networks e.g. Instagram, then you may not have known that I recently did a drastic change by having dark purple hair! This was originally an accident (long story that is probably not worth explaining), but I am now in love with the end result and planning to keep it like this for a while. Such change has made me want to try even crazier stuff, such as.. playing with blue lipstick. (I realised that to achieve the exact shade of blue, you would have to conceal your lips first). Sorry for being so vain and having so many photos of myself (up-close) in this post but it was extremely fun having blue lips and bindis on my face. I definitely want to try more limecrime lipsticks in the future though. Also, what are your opinions on my new hair + blue lips? x
